Is the student’s privacy proctected?
Online safety is one of Kudos Kids & Co’s core values. This application was designed as an introduction for children to share safely online. We have taken every measure to ensure the students privacy is maintained. See our Privacy Policy for further information.
I am a teacher, what is my role?
We know and appreciate teachers work and time, so our aim is to limit any extra workload for teachers, yet help you reap the benefits! Teachers will allocate their classrooms a short amount of time during the day/week for students to create their posts. They are able to oversee and monitor the students posts through the teachers portal on the app.
When do the students post content?
Students will post photos and videos from the classroom/school so family members can celebrate their child’s learning in real time!

Subscription Cost:
Our subscription plans are tailored to accommodate different school sizes and needs. To explore pricing options, please visit our plans page.
Automatic Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you have the flexibility to do so. For details on our cancellation process, please refer to our cancellation page.
Monthly & Annual Payment Options:
At Kudos, we offer access to our premium service for an annual fee, billed monthly or annually.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit card payments, including MasterCard and Visa. You can easily manage your payment methods & update billing information here.
Cancellations
Schools
You can cancel your Kudos Kids and Co subscription at any time by logging into your Kudos Administration account and visiting your payment and subscription page.
Cancelling your subscription will mean that it will expire at the end of your current billing period.

Users
Users can request account deletion through the app’s settings tab. Once submitted, the request will notify your school administration, and some or all of your data can be deleted.

Privacy
We have attached a short summary of our privacy policy for user support.
At Kudos Kids & Co, we prioritise your privacy and the security of your data. Our platform connects schools, educators, students, parents, and family members across Australia, facilitating the safe sharing of photos, videos, and feedback.
We collect only the necessary personal information to provide our services, such as names and email addresses. All data is securely stored on Australian servers, and we ensure strict confidentiality and protection against unauthorised access. The content shared on the Kudos App is visible only to authorised users, and we do not sell personal information.

Family Admin Collection Statement
Your name and email address, and your child’s name, email address, student ID and classroom code has been provided by your child’s school to Kudos Kids & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 671 717 285) (Kudos, us or we) for the purpose of creating an account for you and your child to access the Kudos platform. The school has designated you as the primary parent or guardian contact for your child (the student). Your Kudos account, and the account of the student, will not become active until you read through and accept our Terms of Service. If you do not provide consent, no further information will be collected. We may disclose your personal information (such as your name and email address), and the personal information of the student, to our third-party providers such as our IT provider. We would not ordinarily disclose this information to any other third party unless required or permitted to by law. We are unlikely to disclose your information to overseas recipients. The content posted within the Kudos platform, including photographs and videos, can only be accessed by the student themselves, educators and approved family members. Through the use of the Kudos platform by other students in their class, their likeness may also be captured in the photos and videos that other students upload. However, the educator has a moderation function and will discourage students being in the photos uploaded by other students. You may contact us to delete your personal information or the personal information of the student if you do not consent to its collection by us. Additional Family Member Collection Statement
Your email address has been provided by the primary family member of a student at the school to Kudos Kids & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 671 717 285) (Kudos, us or we) for the purpose of creating an account for you to access the Kudos platform. Your Kudos account will not become active until you read through and accept our Terms of Service. You are not required to use your real name and may use a pseudonym in the Kudos platform. We may disclose your personal information to our third-party providers such as our IT provider. We would not ordinarily disclose this information to any other third party unless required or permitted to by law. We are unlikely to disclose your information to overseas Recipients. You may contact us to delete your personal information if you do not consent to its collection by us. Further information about how we handle your personal information, and details of how to contact us with any queries or complaints, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Educator Collection Statement
Your name, email address and classroom code has been provided by your school to Kudos Kids & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 671 717 285) (Kudos, us or we) for the purpose of creating an account for you to access the Kudos platform. Your Kudos account will not become active until you read through and accept our Terms of Service. We may disclose your personal information to our third-party providers such as our IT provider. Through your use of the Kudos app, your likeness may also be captured in the photos and videos that students upload. However, you will have the power to remove the media that is uploaded. You may contact us to delete your personal information if you do not consent to its collection by us. School Admin Collection Statement
This information will be collected by Kudos Kids & Co Pty Ltd (ACN 671 717 285) (Kudos, us or we) for the purpose of creating an account for your school to access the Kudos platform. If you do not provide your details, a Kudos account will not be created. By providing your email address you grant Kudos permission to contact you for marketing- related purposes. We may disclose the information you provide (relating to your school administration) to our third-party providers such as payment or IT providers as necessary. We would not ordinarily disclose this information to any third party unless required or permitted to by law. We are unlikely to disclose your information to overseas recipients. The student and educator information you later upload will be handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. Terms of Service for Schools
Kudos Kids & Co provides a platform that connects schools, educators, students, and families across Australia. By using our platform, schools agree to our Terms of Service, which outline the conditions of use, account management, and data security. Schools are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information and the appropriate use of the platform by staff and students. The agreement also covers subscription periods, intellectual property, privacy, and liability.

Terms of Service for Users
Kudos Kids & Co provides a platform for communication between schools, educators, students, and families across Australia. By using our platform, users agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Users are granted access to the platform and must adhere to guidelines for acceptable use, including maintaining the security of their accounts and complying with relevant laws. We may amend these Terms, and such changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and the accuracy of the information they provide. We handle Personal Information according to our Privacy Policy and relevant laws.

Guidelines for Acceptable Use
We prioritise the responsible use of our platform to ensure a safe and enriching environment for all users. Our guidelines are designed to protect student privacy, promote positive interactions, and foster responsible digital citizenship.
For School Administrators:
Administrators are responsible for ensuring all educators are informed about privacy policies and receive ongoing training, see full policy.
For Educators:
Teachers supervise student activity on the platform, ensuring that content respects privacy and adheres to consent protocols, see full policy.
For Students:
Students are encouraged to share their learning experiences while respecting the privacy of others, see full policy.
For Family Members:
Family members are expected to support a positive online community by respecting the privacy of all children. They should refrain from sharing content featuring other students without explicit consent, see full policy.
By following these guidelines, all stakeholders contribute to a safe, respectful, and educational experience on the Kudos Kids & Co platform.

I am a School Leader/Admin
How do I sign up for an account?
To create an account, click on the Sign Up button on the homepage and fill in your details. To log in, click on the School Log In button and enter your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
How can I update my school’s details?
Log in to your school’s account, go to the School Details section, and update your details like name, email address, and phone number.
How do I set up my school on the platform?
Once logged in, you follow the prompts and add your schools details, upload data and add payment details. This process should take no longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. For more information once logged in, see the help section.
I am a Teacher
How do I log into my account?
Once your school subscribes, you will receive an email with your login credentials. Your class will already be linked to your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to reset it.
How do my students log in?
You can resend your class’s login credentials to your email via the app. To do so, navigate to Settings > My Profile > Email Class Logins > Send.
Who can see the posts I upload?
The teacher upload feature allows you to bulk upload photos. However, only the students tagged in individual photos will be able to view those images. Since you are posting on behalf of the student, the photo will be added to their learning grid and learning feed.
I am a Family Member
How do I log into my account?
Once your child’s school subscribes, you will receive an email with your login credentials. Your child/ren will already be linked to your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply use the ‘Forgot Password’ link to reset it.
How do I view my child’s progress?
The first time you log in, you will need to provide consent for your child(ren) to post photos to Kudos. Once your child(ren) begin posting, you will be able to see photos and progress shared by both them and their teachers. You can leave comments and feedback on your child’s learning. Please ensure that all feedback is positive, appropriate, and in line with our platform guidelines.
How do I add another family member to my child’s profile?
To add a family member, go to the Family Management section. Input the family member’s details, and an invitation will be sent to them to join the platform and connect with their child’s learning profile.
*Only family admin has access to add additional family members. If you do not have access to add a family member, please contact your child’s school.
I am a Student
How do I log into my account?
Your teacher will share your login credentials. Remember to keep them private.
Your family needs to log on and provide consent for you to use the app before you can begin posting.
How do I share my learning with my family?
Click the + button in the upper right corner, select the photo you want to share, choose your background color, write a caption, and then click Post.
Who can see my learning?
Only your teacher and family can see your learning. Your admin family member can add up to 4 additional family members to view your learning.
